Meet Our Auctioneer
David H. Shotts, Jr. has enjoyed serving the public through auctions and appraisals for over 30 years. He is a graduate of the Western College of Auctioneering of Billings, Montana, a licensed Auctioneer in the State of Illinois and Indiana, and a certified Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Illinois. Through his career, David has conducted numerous auctions including real estate, livestock and personal property, selling thousands of acres of cropland, recreational land along with residential and commercial property. He has moved large amounts of antiques and collectibles, glassware, farm machinery, restaurant equipment and specialty items. He continues to conduct non-profit/charity auctions for Quail Unlimited, National Wild Turkey Federation, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Clark County Sportsman's Club, 4-H Livestock in several counties, celebrities, school functions, and to help children and families.
